Return & Refund Policy
At LeloPets, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase! If you are not satisfied with your product, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Policy
Eligibility:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in original condition with all packaging, components, and accessories included.
Cat litter is not eligible for returns or refunds.
Opened consumable items (e.g., waste bags) cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products damaged due to misuse or accidents.
Custom or special orders.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return your units within 30 days for any reason, and only the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Return shipping from areas beyond the contiguous 48 states may result in additional shipping charges.
Returns must include all accessories.
All products should be cleaned prior to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be charged a $50 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.
Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.
Shipping Costs:
LeloPets will cover the shipping costs for returns related to product quality issues.
For returns not related to product quality, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of LeloPets receiving the device.
For customers who paid with debit or credit cards, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you’ve purchased your LeloPets product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact Customer Support
Email us at service@lelopets.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Instructions
If your product is eligible, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for quality-related returns) or instructions for self-shipping (for customer preference returns).
3. Ship the Product Back
The package must include all original accessories.
Please ensure the unit is cleaned before shipping.
Tracking Number Requirement: You must provide the return tracking number once shipped. This allows us to create the return order and enables the warehouse to track your package.
If no tracking number is provided, the warehouse may be unable to identify or process the package.
Unidentified packages may be disposed of, and in such cases, refunds cannot be issued.
4. Inspection & Refund
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

I ordered this LeloPets kitty litter robot in June. It would clean out the clumps but not the poop. I contacted the company and they gave me a solution that fixed the issue. Evidently it was because one of my cats was under 6 pounds. After that it was cleaning everything out and working great but then the app quit working. The company gave me several solutions to try but I still could not get the app to work so the company sent me a new litter robot. This company has outstanding customer service and they really stand behind their products. That is very rare these days. I highly recommend this kitty litter robot. It has made my life easier. It runs very quietly. It took one of my kitties several weeks before she would use it but now they both use it and enjoy having a clean litter box every time they use it.
Updated review: 9/16/2025 The silicone liner where the litter sits came out and I contacted the company about this problem. They said no worries, we will send you a new machine and we did indeed have a new machine within a few days. Earlier on we had a part that broke while my husband was cleaning the machine. When we contacted the company they sent us a new part for free within a couple days. This has been the most responsive company that I have worked with and they back up their products like nobody else does. I highly recommend this machine. If you have any problems with it the company will stand behind it.

Seems pretty awesome ..
I was skeptical of buying this for the obvious reason of it being so expensive. Then again, everything is these days. Still, I worried that it would be difficult to use or not as wonderful as people say it is.
And even after it arrived, there was a time period of a day or two that I thought we would be sending it back. Our cat did not seem to be using it much at all. We would watch her approach and sniff around, and then saunter off. But she finally got used to it and now we think it's pretty amazing.
The reasons?
Well at the top of my list is smell. Or lack thereof. That was my biggest complaint with the other boxes we have used.
My second huge complaint was litter on the floor, which even happened when we went to the large pellet litter.
This one comes with a well designed mat and while there will be a bit of litter on the floor here and there, it is really a minuscule amount.
Another thing to like about it is that it's quiet when working its magic. And finally, though my husband was the one to change out the bag and so forth, after about a week, it seemed like it was easy peasy.
So I'm completely sold on it and at this point feel it was worth every penny.

Works Perfectly—Even Better Customer Service! I purchased two LeloPets Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box approximately six months ago, and both units have performed exceptionally well.
About one month after purchase, the strap that secures the waste bag on one unit broke. I contacted customer service to inquire about purchasing a replacement strap, and they promptly responded that spare straps were not available—but they immediately shipped me an entire replacement litter box to use for parts. Their communication was professional, quick, and courteous, and I received the replacement within days. Excellent customer support.
Functionally, the litter boxes are efficient and low-maintenance. I live in an RV, and the compact size fits my space perfectly. My cat adapted to it right away and uses it exclusively. There are no odors, and I typically empty the waste compartment once a week.
I also purchased one for my daughter at the same time, and both units continue to operate flawlessly after six months of daily use.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the product's performance, reliability, and the company's outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this litter box to anyone seeking a convenient, space-saving, and hygienic solution for cat care.

This Product Saves My Most Valuable Resource... TIME!
I ran into a slight hiccup with my first purchase as the deliverer had placed the box upside down and it was also damaged... the robot was not automatically cleaning so we returned it and received a new product with no trouble at all... the new robot has worked like a charm and now we have a litter box which requires almost no effort and the waste collection only has to be changed every few weeks... couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Our baby cat is not at all scared of it and uses it like a pro! Highly recommended!
