1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only ship within the United States, excluding remote regions such as:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Guam
  • Puerto Rico

2. Fulfillment & Warehouse Locations

Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to minimize shipping time.

  • Warehouse 2: LAX9 - 11263 Oleander Ave, Fontana, CA 92337-7441
  • Warehouse 3: VGT2 - 6401 Howdy Wells Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89115-2013

We will automatically select the nearest warehouse based on your location to ensure fast delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders Below $300: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

4. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

5. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3-6 business days from the time of shipment.
  • Please note that delivery to some rural or remote areas may take additional time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's status in real time.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
  • Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight forwarders is not supported.
