2. How does the automatic cat litter box work?

Our automatic cat litter box detects your cat’s presence and automatically cleans the waste after each use. It features multiple modes, including sensor cleaning, timed cleaning, and one-touch cleaning, ensuring a hygienic environment with minimal effort.

3. What kind of cat litter is compatible with the automatic litter box?

The innovative patented design of the “lightning bolt” grid filter effectively broadens the applicability of cat litter, compatible with tofu litter, mixed litter, bentonite litter, mineral litter and other mainstream cat litter.

Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Major Credit Cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, along with PayPal for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

For your security, we do not accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders for online purchases.

2. What is the return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on eligible items. To initiate a return:

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $49 (excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii).

2. How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse and usually deliver in 3–6 business days.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor the status of your delivery.

LeloPets automatic cat litter box comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions.

2. What if my product is damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or has defects, please contact service@lelopets.com immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or repair under our warranty policy.
