- Consumable items such as cat litter or waste bags.
- Normal wear and tear from usage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Customer Support at service@lelopets.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
- We may request photos or videos of the problem for assessment.
- If the product is eligible, we will provide repair or replacement options.
Repair or Replacement Options
- If the product cannot be repaired, LeloPets will replace it with the same model or an equivalent product.
- In case of a replacement, the original warranty period applies to the replacement unit (no new warranty period will start).
