As a cat owner and dog owner, I can say that while taking care of a cat is generally easier than a dog, cleaning the litter box daily is still quite a chore—especially when you have to leave the cat at home while traveling with your dog. This product isn't perfect, but it has been a great solution for us, making it so that I only need to clean the litter once every two weeks. It’s made caring for my cat much easier and more enjoyable. The design and color are cute and fit nicely into any corner without standing out. It’s also quiet and helps automatically refresh the air, keeping odors under control. I love it!

It's hands-off for a long period of time; has a great app in Tuya (which I already had from another device); works with tofu litter that isn't bad for cats; gets rid of the smell every time it cleans; doesn't scare the kittens; and the kittens like it. They have other litter options, but they prefer this. I did have some issues with the kittens peeing on my blanket a few times before I got this and then before I worked out how to get it not to stop mid-clean, but this litter (and getting a second one) have resolved that.

I had some issues at first, so I contacted customer service. They were incredibly helpful, and they made an unbeatable offer. I've seen people mention issues they've had that could have been resolved if they'd contacted customer service. For example, if the litter stops for a while mid-clean, it's probably because it's not on a flat surface. Sometimes a completely flat surface isn't an option. If you increase the detection sensitivity under developer options way at the bottom of the app (while still keeping it under your cat's weight), it fixes that problem. If the kitten-sized poop is going under the filter, cut off the two pieces of the filter that stick out and create a gap. Whatever issues you're having, customer service can help.

In summary, this is by far the best for the price. If you're having issues, contact customer service.

So I actually ended up giving this litter box to my sister because my cats are ginormous in size and this litter box is on the compact side. It's perfect for small to regular sized cats and for a smaller living space, but when you get into the 20+ pounders, it's a bit too tight in there. With that said, my sisters two regular sized tabbys absolutely love this thing. The litter box works flawlessly and does exactly what it's supposed to without any hiccups. It seems to be great quality, sturdy and very well made. This litter box is very easy to operate and pretty easy to clean. Definitely easier to maintain than my old litter robot 3. It's compact size makes it very convenient for smaller spaces and keeps it from being in the way too much. The app could use some improvement, but I'm sure that will come with future updates. Other than that, this litter box is pretty great and is very reasonably priced for the quality you getting. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase even though it ended up going to my sisters house instead... She is absolutely in love with it as well.

These trash bags are great for multiple uses. I got them for my cat's litter box, but I also use them for my bathroom's small trash cans, as well. I like that so many come in the box, as well. It's more convenient so I don't have to restock as often.

This product really is quite life changing. I no longer smell the catbox, at all. And my cat loves the thing, because she is finicky, and it is always clean. The room it is in is so much cleaner, and it has saved me so much time. My only negative feedback is that if that trash bag is not perfectly mounted, the litter will get all over the inside. And it does seem to use up a lot of kitty litter.

Not much to right I mean these are kitty litter bags lol, but they are sturdy and easy to use. They trap the smells inside pretty well and so far we really like them!

I bought this because I was going out of town and needed a solution for my 2 cats while I was away for 3 days. It works great. I was a little confused by the process of changing all litter left in the barrel but my questions were quickly answered the same day. Make sure that there isn’t too much litter left in the barrel when emptying it out. I plan on changing it every 7 days. Easy to assemble, Make sure to take out the rubber mat and clean it as well. I was grateful that they uploaded a video to show how to do that after I made the suggestion.
